Beginners Yoga

Our Beginners Yoga classes are a great starting point for the new yogi’s out there, students with basic experience, students who have dabbled in yoga and would like to revisit the mat, athletes wishing to create contrast to their sport, stressed out tradespeople, busy mums, anyone looking to gain physical strength, create mobility, improve posture and inject their lives with a sense of peace and calmness. In these classes we will break down and deliver the fundamentals of yoga to you in a fun, friendly way in order for students to compose their practice and build confidence on the mat.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa promotes your muscles to lengthen, tone, mobilize and stabilize with the synchronization of breath and movement. You will be lead through a series of dynamic floor and standing based postures, exploring both regressions and progressions on the mat in order to re-educate body awareness, improve physical posture and enter the meditative mind.

Vinyasa and Roll Out

This class with comprise of our standard Vinyasa, which promotes your muscles to lengthen, tone, mobilize and stabilize with the synchronization of breath and movement. You will be lead through a series of dynamic floor and standing based postures, exploring both regressions and progressions on the mat in order to re-educate body awareness, improve physical posture and enter the meditative mind. The class will also feature rolling out with use up balls.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a restorative practice that targets the deep connective tissue of the body, guiding into a series of floor based postures held for a longer duration with the assistance of yoga props to bring a sense of comfort to your environment. Students are encouraged to observe the physical and mental body through this expansive practice.

Mums and Bubs Yoga

Mums and Bubs Yoga is designed specifically with new Mums in mind and incorporates postures that helps to stretch and strengthen your body post pregnancy. We focus on mindset, breathing and meditation. You will be guided through techniques to help you stay calm and relaxed for when ‘Mum life’ gets intense. It will incorporate ‘Baby Yoga’ in your practice which assists in your child’s development, coordination and proprioception with specific aligned postures. It also helps them to have a nice big sleep after class too! This class is best suited for mothers with babies who are 2 months to 10 months old and for Mums with any level or lack of Yoga experience.

Pilates Barre

Pilates Barre is a collection of interval training, intensive core work and stretching performed both on and off the Barre. These classes incorporate the use of classic Pilates equipment like hand weights, therabands, resistance rings and Pilates balls. This class is designed to transform your entire body, by focusing on particular muscle groups. Expect an upbeat playlist where you will be lead into a strong, supple, more energized version of yourself.

Pilates Mat

Our Pilates mat classes are a fusion of mobility, strength and core conditioning. You will be guided through a series of body weight exercises, resistance exertion and restoartive stretches to welcome length and tone to your entire body.
